Virtasant is a global technology services company with a network of over 4,000 technology professionals across 130+ countries. We specialize in cloud architecture, infrastructure, migration, and optimization, helping enterprises scale efficiently while maintaining cost control.
Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing startups, relying on us to build high-performance infrastructure, optimize cloud environments, and enable continuous delivery at scale.
Our client is a US-headquartered multinational tech company focused on application performance monitoring and application security. Their software is being used all over the world by companies that are keen to map and monitor their apps, microservices, containers, and IT infrastructure running in the cloud (multi- or hybrid-), and hyperscale network environments.
For them, we're looking for a strong, hands-on Service Cloud developer/architect to support a high-priority hypercare effort and take the platform to the next level. Burn down hypercare defects and stabilize the platform
Lead hands-on development across Service Cloud (not just design/architecture)
Improve technical quality, scalability, and maintainability

Support portal development (front-end + back-end) and broader integrations (e.g., SAP, Cloudflare/WAF)
Strong spoken and written English level
Self-sufficient, strong contributors who thrive in high urgency environments
We're prioritizing experienced, hands-on developers who can own outcomes
Be based in Latin America
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience (dev + config)
Deep Apex and solid object-oriented fundamentals (e.g., dependency injection, inheritance)
Ability to read/debug complex code and troubleshoot across systems
Hands-on builder mindset (not a pure architect or configurator)
Experience with LWC and core Service Cloud features
Front-end experience (React, HTML/CSS)
Experience with support portals / UX
Exposure to AI capabilities in Service Cloud
Familiarity with Cloudflare or WAF environments
JavaScript depth is helpful but not a blocker
Fast ramp and immediate contribution
Meaningful reduction in defect backlog
