Accountabilities

The Software Engineer III will design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications while contributing technical expertise across frontend development, architecture, and product innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop polished, responsive user interfaces and advanced data visualization experiences that make complex information intuitive and actionable.
  • Build and improve AI-powered tools and interfaces that provide insights, recommendations, and intelligent workflows for users.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and product roadmaps into scalable frontend solutions.
  • Develop frontend architecture, component patterns, and reusable frameworks that improve maintainability and performance.
  • Contribute to backend REST APIs and services when needed, helping define contracts and supporting feature development.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering initiatives that improve development standards and user experience quality.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and reliability across web experiences.
  • Test, document, and maintain frontend systems while promoting strong engineering practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in an agile environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer with strong frontend expertise, a passion for building scalable applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and product teams. Required qualifications include:

  • 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building production-level web applications.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, including component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive accessible interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming concepts and modern language features.
  • Experience with TypeScript, static typing, interfaces, and building maintainable software systems.
  • Working knowledge of backend services and REST API development, with experience or interest in technologies such as Node.js or Python.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB is an advantage.
  • Exposure to search technologies such as Elasticsearch or Solr is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to technical quality and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and product teams.
  • Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic approach to software development.
  • Ability to contribute technical guidance and raise engineering standards within a team environment.
