🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Developer to join our team through our ServiceNow Academy Program.

This opportunity is designed for software developers with 1–2 years of programming experience who are eager to learn new technologies and build a career in the ServiceNow platform. Previous ServiceNow experience is not required—we will provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to become a successful ServiceNow Developer.

As part of the Academy, you will complete structured learning paths, participate in instructor-led sessions, work on hands-on labs, and receive guidance from experienced ServiceNow professionals. After successfully completing the program, you will join project teams and contribute to the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our customers.

💻 Responsibilities

• 🎓 Participate in the ServiceNow Academy and complete the assigned training program.
• 📚 Learn ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform best practices.
• 🧑‍🏫 Attend instructor-led sessions and complete hands-on labs and exercises.
• 🤝 Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and technical leads.
• 💡 Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow technologies.
• ⚙️ Build workflows, automations, and platform customizations.
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• 📐 Follow development standards and best practices.
• 📈 Continuously learn and expand your technical knowledge.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 💼 1–2 years of experience in software development.
• 👨‍💻 Experience with at least one programming language such as JavaScript (preferred), Java, C#, Python, or a similar language.
• 🧩 Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• 🔍 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 💬 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 🌱 Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
• 🌍 Intermediate English (written and verbal).

⭐ Nice to Have

• 🌐 Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 🔗 Basic knowledge of REST APIs or web services.
• 🔄 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ☁️ Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS applications.
• 🚀 Any exposure to the ServiceNow platform is a plus, but not required.
