As an Associate Data Scientist, you'll help turn complex data into insights that drive real business decisions. Working alongside experienced data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, you'll support projects that help utility clients operate more efficiently, make informed decisions, and solve meaningful challenges. From exploring datasets and uncovering trends to building and testing machine learning models, you'll have the opportunity to see how data science is applied in a real-world business environment. At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we’re proud to be an industry leader in engineering and consulting services—helping modernize, protect, and strengthen critical infrastructure.

In this role, you'll spend time working with data from a variety of sources—cleaning, organizing, and preparing it for analysis. You'll use tools like Python and SQL to explore patterns, answer business questions, and support the development of analytical and predictive solutions. You'll also help create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that make complex information easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity where curiosity and growth are encouraged. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you as you strengthen your technical skills, learn new tools and technologies, and gain exposure to the full data science lifecycle—from data preparation and analysis to machine learning and business storytelling. If you enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and continuously learning, you'll find plenty of opportunities to develop your career here while making a meaningful impact from day one.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A demonstrated desire to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
